摘要
当前,高师院校成人教育的课程与教学方面存在一系列的问题:对成人教育的特点体现不够,与社会变革、特别是新课程改革的结合需要强化,教学手段的革新不足,与社会发展衔接上有所脱轨,隐性课程的积极作用被忽视。需要在今后的改革中理顺管理体制、加大课程改革力度、提高教师队伍素质、改革教学方法、建设一流学校环境,促进成人教育质量的提高。
At present, there exist several problems in the curriculum and teaching of adult education in normal colleges and universities, such as inadequate reflection of features of adult education, the weak integration between adult education and social change, the reform in new curriculum in particular, the inadequate innovation of teaching methods, the lack of cohesion of the social development, and negligence of the positive role of the hidden curriculum. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of adult education and build the first-class school, we should smoothen the administration system, intensify curriculum reform, improve the quality of teachers, and change teaching methods.
