摘要
高校学术腐败现象日益严重,其表现类型多样,成因复杂,治理困难。本文试着运用系统论的理论和方法,针对高校学术腐败现象,着重分析其构成系统的各要素,探析各要素之间的相互关系和作用,并从系统的角度提出了相应的防范措施和对策,以其对高校学术腐败的治理提供一些有益的建议和参考。
The academic corruption in universities is worsening.It is very difficult to govern because of its different existing ways and complex causing reasons.The paper tries to apply the theory and methods of System Theory to analyze its relationship between the various elements,focusing on analysis of its constituent elements of academic corruption.And from the angle of the system,the paper puts forward some corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures in order to provide some useful suggestions and references for the governance of academic corruption in universities.
