摘要
低温引起的冷应激是寒区畜牧业普遍面临的问题。冷应激可引起畜禽免疫系统的功能变化,免疫器官及免疫细胞均会受到不同程度的影响。该文阐述了冷应激对畜禽的免疫系统的两个主要作用机制(下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴、交感—肾上腺髓质系统)的影响以及一些细胞因子、肽类物质和激素在冷应激状态下对畜禽免疫系统产生的不同调节作用。
Cold stress caused by low temperature may affect the function of immune system on animal husbandry, which is a common problem in cold areas. Cold stress can cause change of function of immune system in cattle and poultry. Immune organs and cells will be affected in different degrees on cold stress. This paper expounds two mechanisms that cold stress influence the function of immune system in cattle and poultry such as hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, sympathetico-adrenomedullary system (SAM), and some of the cytokine, peptide and hormones can produce different regulation to immune system on cold stress.
