摘要
目的总结危重烧伤后合并上消化道出血患者的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结240例危重烧伤后合并上消化道出血患者的护理经验。结果本组240例患者,经治疗和护理后,治疗效果显效103例,有效105例,无效32例。结论早期严密观察病情,做好体位护理、清创防感染和心理护理,对提高危重烧伤后合并上消化道出血患者的治疗效果和护理质量具有重要的意义。
Objective To sum up the clinical experience of nursing in critically burned patients whith upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method Review and generalize the clinical experience of nursing on 240 cases of critically burned patients whith upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Result Among the 240 cases mentioned above,103 were notably discovered after the treatment and nursing,105 could see good effects,32 were announced noneffective. Conclusion The early nursing like intnsive observation,body posture attendence,debridement and psychotherapy are crucially important to the treatment effect in critically burned patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
