脊柱转移瘤的外科治疗

摘要 脊柱转移肿瘤往往可以破坏椎体或压迫神经根而使得脊柱丧失支撑功能,引起相应的临床症状。对于脊柱转移瘤的治疗一直是临床医生面临的一个难题,在各种治疗方案中外科手术成为最主要的治疗方法之一。与其他治疗方法相比,手术不仅可以很快缓解患者的疼痛、保持或恢复神经功能及较长时间地控制局部肿瘤,并且可以在手术时进行脊柱的稳定性重建,从而提高患者的生存质量。临床医生应在满足相应手术适应证的前提下,术前对患者进行综合的评估,选择合理有效的手术方式。
