摘要
青春期是从儿童期到成年期的过渡阶段,在青春期后期,性成熟已经完成,而社会成熟却远远滞后,容易出现性相关问题。我国青春期性教育存在不足,青少年性知识非常缺乏,青少年婚前性行为、非意愿妊娠、多次流产等现象日益增多。因此,在临床工作中应对青春期妊娠患者进行有效的性健康教育,指导其采取防范措施,促进其心身康复。
Puberty is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood. In the late stage of puberty, sexual maturity has completed, but social maturity lags behind, which may easily lead to some sex-related problems. There are some deficiencies in puberty sex education in China, manifested by the absence of sex knowledge, the involvement of premarital sexual behaviors, unintentional pregnancy, and multiple abortion among adolescents. Therefore, sexual education should be carried out among puberty pregnancy patients in clinical practice, so that proper contraceptive measures could be provided to protect their physical and psychological health.
