摘要
目的:优选皮肤辐射防护膏药材中醇溶性成分的提取工艺。方法:设计L9(34)正交试验,采用HPLC测定大叶茜草素的含量作为质控指标,考察乙醇用量(A)、乙醇浓度(B)、提取时间(C)、和提取次数(D)4个因素对皮肤辐射防护膏药材中醇溶性成分提取的影响,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为:加入12倍药材量95%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定性和重现性良好,简便,快速,可行。
Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of alcohol-soluble components in cream with protecting skin against radiation.Method:By use of orthogonal experimental design L9(34),four factors that may effect the extraction had been studied,including volume and concentration of alcohol,extracting time and times.And the content of mollugin was determined by HPLC to screen out the best method of extraction conditions.Result:The best extracting technical conditions were as follows:12 times of 95% EtOH,extracting with reflux for 1.5 hours and 3 times.Conclusion:The optimized process was simple,fast and feasible with its stability and repeatability.
