摘要
目的:对大果阿魏根部的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从大果阿魏根部分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为lehmannolone(Ⅰ)、sinkianone(Ⅲ)、lehmannoloneA(Ⅲ)、farnesiferolC(Ⅳ)、fekrynol(Ⅴ)、assafoetidin(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ-Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ferula lehmannii Compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography spectroscopic methods. Results: Six compounds were on silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and isolated and identified as lehmannolone( Ⅰ ), sinkianone( Ⅱ ),lehmannolone A (Ⅲ ), farnesiferol C ( Ⅳ ), fekrynol ( Ⅴ ), assafoetidin ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅱ-Ⅵ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
