摘要
目的评价FE-2粪便分析工作站在人群寄生虫病调查中的应用价值。方法由同一检验人员对同一份样品分别采用改良加藤法和FE-2粪便分析工作站法进行检测,比较2种方法的寄生虫检出率、耗时和成本等。结果 FE-2粪便分析工作站法对寄生虫的检出率为改良加藤法的1.198倍,其实际操作时间较后者缩短44%,但成本是后者的1.4倍。结论 FE-2粪便分析工作站法可提高寄生虫感染的检出率,在经济条件许可的情况下,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of FE-2 Fecal Analysis Workstation System in the survey of human parasitic diseases.Methods A sample of faeces was detected by the same detection personnel by using the Kato-Katz technique and FE-2 Fecal Analysis Workstation System,respectively,then the detection rates,time consumption and costs of the two methods were compared.Results The detection rate of the FE-2 Fecal Analysis Workstation System was 1.198 times of the Kato-Katz technique,compared with the latter,the actual operation time of FE-2 Fecal Analysis Workstation System had reduced by 44%,but the costs was 1.4 times of the latter.Conclusion FE-2 Fecal Analysis Workstation System can increase the detection rate of parasitic infections.
