摘要
为解决井漏后液面的位置难以准确判断的问题,研制出一套声波液位测量装置。该装置利用声波测量技术,能够在发生井漏后对井下环空液面进行实时监控,并以图像形象地显示液面位置,同时计算出液面的下降速度,及早发现井漏和制定相应的技术措施,以利于及早恢复安全正常钻进作业。现场试验表明,由于受钻井现场试验条件的限制,实际试验中最大的测量范围为32~2567m,利用该装置测量的液面数据与实际液面数据吻合,测深误差≤1.5%。
To solve the problem that it is difficult to make an exact judgment of the position of the liquid level after lost circulation,a set of acoustic liquid level measuring device was developed.With the acoustic measuring technology,the device is able to conduct a real-time monitoring of the downhole annular liquid level when lost circulation happens.It can use images to show the position of liquid level vividly and calculate the descending speed of the liquid level at the same time,thus discovering the lost circulation in time so as to take the corresponding technological measures and to resume the normal safety drilling operation as early as possible.The field test shows that due to the limitation of the experimental conditions in the drilling site,the maximum measurement scope of the real test is between 32 m and 2,567 m.The liquid level data measured by the device is in agreement with the real liquid-level data,with the sounding error being equal to or less than 1.5%.
