摘要
目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征的观察及护理方法。方法:对2006年12月～2009年12月76例急性冠脉综合征患者给予积极治疗的同时,及时采用多功能心电监护仪监测心率、心律、呼吸、血压及病情变化,做好治疗用药护理及心理护理,并加强康复训练指导。结果:本组76例患者经及时抢救,74例脱离危险,2例因广泛心前壁梗死合并严重心律失常、心衰而死亡,抢救成功率为97.4%。结论:通过严密监测及护理,减少了并发症的发生,明显提高了患者抢救成功率。
Objective：To study the observation and nursing of acute coronary syndrome. Mehtods：Retrospect analysis of 76 cases of acute coronary syndrome from December 2006 to December 2009 management of hospital. Meanwhile they were given monitoring of heart rate,rhythm of the heart,breath,blood pressure and change of the patient＇s condition,nursing of medicine and psychology and rehabilitation training. Results：74 cases of patients out of danger and the other 2 patients were dead of arrhythmia and heart failure because of AMI. The unqualified rate of successful rescure was 97.4 %. Conclusion：We can less complications occur and raise the rate of saving through close monitoring and nursing.
