铝碳质滑板抗氧化涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要 本实验采用球磨工艺制备了一种以鳞片石墨和六方氮化硼(hBN)为主要原料的铝碳质滑板抗氧化涂料.采用NDJ-8S数字式粘度计测试涂料的粘度,结果表明料球水比为1:3:2,球磨时间为20 h时,涂料粘度为0.8~1.2 Pa·s,分层率<2%,涂料悬浮性较好,且易于涂刷.在高温电阻炉里对涂有涂料的滑板进行抗氧化处理,可以发现,鳞片石墨在高温下极易被氧化,生成CO2、CO气体,生成的气体能够稀释氧化性气氛或者与之反应,一定程度上降低了氧化性气氛的浓度,保护滑板基体表面的碳不被氧化;800 ℃以上,hBN氧化生成呈玻璃相的硼化物,阻隔了氧化性气氛与基体的接触,抑制了滑板表面的氧化.与厂家的涂料相比,本实验涂料单位面积氧化失重率较低,能够提高滑板的使用寿命. A high-temperature anti-oxidation coating was prepared by a milling process. The coating was mainly composed of flake graphite and hexagonal BN (hBN). The viscosity of the obtained coating was tested by a NDJ-8S digital viscometer. The best viscosity was 0.8-1.2 Pa · s and the hierarchical rate was below 2% , when the milling time was 20 h and the powder-to-ball-to-water weight ratio was 1:3: 2. After treated in a box resistor-stove, the flake graphite was shown to be oxidized at high temperature, releasing CO2 and CO. The released gases can dilute the oxygen concentration, and the CO reacted with oxygen. The oxygen concentration was then decreased to a large extent and the oxidation was then reduced, hBN can be oxidized to form boride at above 800℃, existing as a glass-state form even at higher temperature. The dense glass phase could isolate the oxidizing atmosphere from the slide plates. Comparing with the commercially obtained coating, the coatings obtained in this study showed lower oxidation weight loss rates per unit area, so the service lives of the coated sliding plates could be improved.
