摘要
上海世博会主题馆钢结构施工工期紧,安装精度要求高,多跨连续大跨度管桁架施工组织复杂。针对此施工难点,采用桁架端头组拼,累积滑移的新型工艺。详细阐述钢结构安装方案以及液压滑移技术的施工流程。通过合理设置滑道、布置爬行器以及计算机同步控制,成功实现钢结构屋盖平稳准确就位。
The steel structure construction for Expo 2010 Shanghai Theme Pavilion has characteristics of short period,high installation precision,complex management organization of multi-span continuous truss.For this construction difficulties,with truss end assembling,the cumulative sliding technology is adopted.The installation scheme and construction process for hydraulic sliding technology are indicated in detail.By setting sliding track and crawler reasonably,as well as synchronization control by computer,the steel roof is located smoothly and accurately.
