摘要
细胞工程技术能够提高植物育种水平,为创造雄性不育资源并为雄性不育系获得优良保持系开辟路径。从花药培养、胚胎培养、体细胞杂交与体细胞变异等4个方面综述了细胞工程技术在水稻雄性不育系育种上的应用进展。
Cell engineering can be used to raise plant breeding level, and it can create male sterility resources and pave a way for acquirement of elite maintainers for male sterile lines. This paper summarized the research progresses of cell engineering applied in breeding of male sterile lines in rice from such aspects as anther culture, embryo culture, somatic hybridization and somatic mutation.
