摘要
通过对低含糖量×高含糖量组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1和BC26个世代的含糖量进行基因效应分析。结果表明,各世代群体的含糖量不同,杂交后代的含糖量介于双亲之间,且偏向于高含糖量的父本。含糖量的遗传符合加性遗传模型,加性效应估值为-4.9900**±0.1713。因此,在选育高含糖量品种时,应利用含糖量遗传的加性效应,选择含糖量高的材料作亲本,且父本的含糖量应该较高。
Gene effect of sugar content of sweet sorghum was analyzed using P1, P2, F1, F2, BC1 and BC2 made with a cross of low sugar content and high one in this paper. The result indicated that the sugar contents in each generation population were different. The sugar contents in F1 , BC1 and BC2 populations were between that of the two parents and were biased to the male one. The inheritance of sugar content was in accordance with additive effect model. The value of additive effect was - 4. 9900 ** ± 0. 1713. The additive effect of the parents could be employed in breeding new materials with high sugar content, especially for male parent.
