摘要
在碱性介质中，空气氧化Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）为Ｍｎ（Ⅳ），然后在酸性介质中，Ｍｎ（Ⅳ）氧化二安替比林邻甲氧基苯基甲烷（ＤＡｏＭＭ）生成橙色产物，λｍａｘ＝４８０ｎｍ，ε＝３．２４×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，锰含量在０—４０μｇ／２５ｍＬ内符合比耳定律，方法用于茶叶中锰的测定，结果满意。
In the alkaline medium,manganese(Ⅱ) was oxidized to manganese(Ⅳ) by air.In the presence of phosphoric acid medium,diantipyryl ( o methoxy) phenylmethane(DAoMM) reacts with manganese(Ⅳ) to form an orange product.The molar absorptivity is 3.24×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 480nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0 40μg/25mL.This method can be applied to the determination of manganese in tea with satisfactory results.
