摘要
针对某杂货仓库发生的实际火灾,采用FDS软件对火灾场景进行数值模拟,确定火灾过程中仓库内不同位置的空气升温曲线,与实用大空间火灾空气升温经验公式的比较表明,火源位置靠近墙体时,烟气的扩散受到限制而在墙体内侧汇聚,将增大该区域空气升温幅度。对火灾温度荷载作用下的仓库屋盖网壳结构进行有限元分析,所确定的网壳结构局部破坏的部位及模式与灾后现场情况完全一致,验证了火灾场景数值模拟及结构有限元分析的准确性。对火灾后网壳结构的损伤进行评估,为确定网壳结构的修复、加固方案提供依据。
A fire in a storehouse was simulated numerically.Air temperature elevation caused by the fire was determined for different locations in the storehouse using FDS software.By comparing with the empirical formula of temperature elevation in large space fire,it was shown that when the fire location is close to the wall,the spread of the smoke will be blocked,resulting higher air temperature beside the wall.The behaviour of the roof structure of the storehouse,a cylindrical lattice shell,under the fire was analyzed by using finite element method.The local damage of the lattice shell predicted by the numerical study agreed very well with the field investigation,which verified the accuracy of the numerical simulation of the fire scene and the finite element analysis.Suggestion was provided for the repair of the lattice shell,based on the damage estimation of the lattice shell after fire.
