摘要
依据现场热再生沥青混合料的特点,研究了不同旧料掺配率下的再生沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能,低温抗裂性和抗水损害能力。试验选择3种掺配率的再生沥青混合料级配,对现场热再生沥青混合料进行了车辙试验,低温弯曲试验,浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验。研究表明随着掺配率的增加,再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性和抗水损害能力增加,低温抗裂性减小。同时,根据试验结果还评价了几种试验方法对于现场热再生沥青混合料性能的合理性,为现场热再生沥青路面性能指标规范的制定提供参考。
In this paper,based on the characteristics of hot in-place recycling technology in old asphalt pavement,analyzed the performance of asphalt mixture which have different materials blending rates.Has chosen of three kinds of blending rates of asphalt mixture gradations which carried on rutting tests,low-temperature bending test,the Marshall immersion test and freeze-thaw splitting test.Research indicated that high temperature stability and the resistance of water damage is increased,the resistance of low temperature crack is decreased,with the blending rate of the increase in Hot In-place Recycling of Asphalt pavement.At the same time,also has appraised the reasonableness of several performance test methods for Hot In-place Recycling of Asphalt pavement,based on the test results.And provide the reference for performance index standard's formulation of Hot In-place Recycling of asphalt pavement.
