摘要
目的:观察氟康唑联合制霉素阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:将200例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为两组,观察组112例,采用氟康唑+制霉素阴道栓治疗,对照组88例,单用制霉素阴道栓治疗。结果:观察组短期疗效与对照组基本相同(P>0.05),但复发率却远远低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氟康唑联合制霉素阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病方法简单,价格低廉,疗效好,易被患者接受。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC） treated by fluconazole united nysfungin vaginal suppositories.Methods： 200 cases VVC patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,observation group 112 cases adopted the treatment of fluconazole united nysfungin vaginal suppositories,comparison group 88 cases adopted the treatment of nysfungin vaginal suppositories only.Results： The observation group short-term curative effect and comparison group was same（P〈0.05）,but recur rate was lower than that of the comparison group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： VVC treated by fluconazole unites nysfungin vaginal suppositories has simply method,inexpensive price,good curative effect,is easily accepted by patients.
