护理管理者与本科护士评价本科护士临床能力的差异性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解护理管理者及在院本科护士对本科护士临床能力的评价,为本科护士正确评价自身能力及医学院校护理本科教育改革提供参考。方法采用不记名调查问卷收集资料,以信访的方式分别对94名本科护士和38名临床护理管理者进行本科护士临床能力的调查,对比分析护理管理者与本科护士对本科护士临床能力评价的差异。结果护理管理者对本科护士的理论知识、自学能力、护理教育能力、沟通交流能力、护理科研能力、护理管理能力、判断分析及解决问题的能力、英语水平满意度的评估均高于本科护士自身的评估(P<0.01或P<0.05),本科护士对其团队合作意识、对服务对象的责任感、适应能力的满意度均高于护理管理者(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论本科护士要坚定专业信念,客观认识自身发展优势;护理本科教育要增加人文社会课程的比例,提高护生综合素质,选择和建设一批高层次的临床护理教学基地,促进护生专业思想的稳定;临床护理管理者要根据本科护士的优势安排其工作,建立职业阶梯式发展体制,做到人尽其才。 Objective To understand the evaluations of clinical competence of undergraduate nurses by nursing managers and undergraduate nurses themselves and to provide reference for proper self-recognition and the reform of nursing undergraduate education. Methods 94 undergraduate nurses and 38 clinical nursing managers were surveyed by a self-designed scale. Results Undergraduate nurses' clinical competence was highly assessed by nursing managers in the aspects of theoretic knowledge, self- study, nursing education, communication, scientific research, nursing management, analyzing and English level, while undergraduate nurses were more satisfied with their teamwork spirit, responsibility and adaptability. Conclusion Undergraduate nurses should firm their profession faiths and recognize their own advantages; courses about humanities and society should be increased in nursing undergraduate education so as to enhance comprehensive quality of nurse students. Clinical nursing managers should arrange the work with regards to the advantages of undergraduate nurses, and establish career development for them.
