摘要
目的:观察参芪消毒饮配合窄波UVB治疗中老年带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将57例患者分为两组,治疗组采用中药配合窄波UVB,对照组用阿昔洛韦等治疗。结果:治疗组症状改善时间比对照组明显缩短,治疗1疗程后治疗组有效率(90%)与对照组相比有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:参芪消毒饮配合窄波UVB治疗中老年带状疱疹有较好的临床效果。
Objective：To observe the the clinical effect of Shenqi disinfection drinks with narrow wave UVB in treating senile shingles.Methods：57 patients were divided into two groups：treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine with narrow group using wavelet UVB,acyclovir,etc.Results：time of symptoms improved in treatment group than controls symptoms reduced after treatment,total effectiveness rate of a course in treatment group was 90%,it has the remarkable significance,compared with the control（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：Shenqi disinfection drinks with narrow wave UVB in treating senile shingles have better clinical effects.
