摘要
目的:通过对近30年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中医治疗癌痛文献中的证型和方药进行分析,以探讨癌痛的中医辨证论治规律。方法:对所选文献的中医证型、方剂和药物出现的频次及所占比例进行统计分析,根据频次高低确定常见证型和常用方药。结果:瘀血阻滞、热毒蕴结、肝郁气滞、气滞血瘀、痰湿凝聚、气血亏虚、阳虚寒凝和阴虚内热为癌痛主要证型。结论:对中医药治疗癌痛特点和方药规律的分析可为目前癌痛辨证论治提供参考依据。癌痛从多虚、瘀、毒、痰等方面进行辨证。扶正固本、活血化瘀、疏肝理气、清热解毒、祛痰利湿为常用的治法。内服并外治能够更好改善癌痛症状。
Objective：Through the analysis of nearly 30 years by Chinese journal full-text database（CNKI TCM therapy）,to study the formulas of pain syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods：selected literature of TCM syndrome type,prescription drugs and we make statistical analysis on the frequency and the proportion,according to the testimony of low frequency and determine the often formulas.Results：the blood stasis,hot poison accumulate knot stagnation of liver qi,qi and blood stasis,phlegmy wet accumulation,qi and blood deficiency,pattern of yang deficiency and congealing and yin deficiency with internal heat type for the main line.Conclusion：treatment of characteristics and regularity of pain formulas for the current analysis can provide reference for pain syndrome differentiation and treatment.Pain from multiple virtual,deficiency and stasis,poison,sputum aspects of syndrome differentiation.In fact,centralizer and invigorate the circulation of qi,clearing heat and poison,eliminating phlegm and wet to benefit for common herbs.Internal and external treatment can better improve pain symptoms.
