摘要
目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)、雌激素受体(ER)和角蛋白19(CK19)在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及在鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法对80例甲状腺癌,50例甲状腺瘤,50例瘤旁甲状腺组织进行OPN、ER和CK19检测。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌组织OPN、ER和CK19的阳性表达率分别为83.3%、74.1%和96.3%,甲状腺瘤组织中分别为10.0%、30.0%、24.0%,正常甲状腺组织中分别为4.0%、6.0%、4.0%,OPN、ER和CK19在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于其他两组,它们之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:OPN、ER和CK19在甲状腺乳头状癌的病理诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要意义和临床实用价值。
Objective:To study the expression of osteopontin,estrogen receptor and cytokeratin 19in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their differential diagnostic application.Method:OPN,ER and CK19 in 80cases of thyroid carcinoma,50 cases of adinoma and 50cases of adjacent normal tissues of thyroid tumor were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry S-P.Results:The thyroid gland papilliform tumor organizes OPN,ER and the CK19masculine expression rate respectively is 83.3%,74.1%and 96.3%,in the tyroma organization respectively is 10.0%,30.0%,24.0%,in the normal thyroid gland organization respectively is 4.0%,6.0%,4.0%.The masculine expression rates of OPN、ER and CK19 in the thyroid gland papilliform tumor was higher than the tyroma organization and the normal thyroid gland organization obviously.Between them the difference had the significance(P0.05).Conclusion:OPN,ER and CK19may be important molecular markers for diagnosing papillary thyroid carcinoma.
