摘要
磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)是一种新的非侵袭性胆胰管成像技术,其诊断优势不断显现,已广泛应用于临床。胰管扩张是胆胰系统疾病的重要征象之一,综合分析胰管扩张部位、程度、形态等方面的MRCP表现,可以对胰管扩张性疾病进行诊断与鉴别诊断。现就MRCP的成像技术、临床应用及前景展望等方面予以综述。
Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography（MRCP） is a novel and non-invasive imaging technology,with increasing diagnostic superiority,widely used in clinical practice.Dilatation of pancreatic duct is one of the important signs of biliary and pancreatic diseases.The images of pancreatic MRCP are comprehensively analyzed in the dilated position,extent and feature,and used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the dilatation of pancreatic duct.This paper reviews the images,clinical application and prospect of MRCP.
