摘要
研究了长期植棉土壤施用生物有机肥对棉花黄萎病发生及产量的影响,以及土壤微生物种群数量的变化。结果表明,在等养分条件下,生物有机肥与化肥相比,能显著降低棉花黄萎病的发生,子棉产量增3.4%~9.6%;对棉花前期土壤微生物种群数量影响显著。
The effects of the bio-organic fertilizer on morbidity of Verticillium dahliae and yield of cotton, and quantity change of soil microbes in long term continuous cropping soil of cotton were studied in this paper.The results indicated that bio-organic fertilizer reduced morbidity of Verticillium dahliae significantly, increased yield of seed cotton by 3.4%~9.6% higher than that of equal nutrient of chemical fertilizer, and the quantity of soil microbes at cotton prophase were remarkably effected.
