摘要
化疗是肿瘤的重要治疗手段,已应用于几乎所有恶性肿瘤。化疗药物在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时也对正常组织细胞造成不同程度的损伤。对肿瘤化疗药物应用过程中的不良反应,西药的相应拮抗药物有新的发展但仍存在不足。现就近年中医药对新型肿瘤化疗药物不良反应的治疗及补充相应辅助治疗药物不足方面的进展予以综述。
Chemotherapy is an important way for cancer treatment, which has been applied to almost all malignant tumors. The chemotherapy drugs will cause injury to nm＇mal tissue ceils in varying degrees while it make effects on anti tumor cells. To the adverse reactions in the application of the process of chemotherapy, the corresponding Western antagonistic drugs has developped,but there is still insufficient. This paper sum- marized the progress on the traditional Chinese medcine for the new cancer chemotherapeutic treatment for characteristics of adverse reactions and adds the corresponding shortage of western antagonistic drugs during these years.
