摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对六盘水境内羽叶蓼及变种赤胫散的4个居群的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了研究。结果表明:羽叶蓼与变种赤胫散POD同工酶酶带共10条,羽叶蓼酶带数为3条,赤胫散不同居群酶带数为4~9条。DPS聚类分析结果显示,羽叶蓼单独聚为一支,赤胫散4个居群聚为一支。羽叶蓼与赤胫散遗传差异较大,支持赤胫散从羽叶蓼的变种上升为独立的物种。
The peroxidase(POD) isozyme zymogram of Polygonum runcinatum and 4 groups of P.runcinatum var.sinense in Liupanshui were studied through polyacrylamide gel vertical flat electrophoresis.The result showed that POD isozyme zymogram of Polygonum runcinatum and P.runcinatum var.sinense had 10 bands,in which,P.runcinatum had 3 bands and the band of 4 groups of P.runcinatum var.sinense were different(from 4 to 9 bands).In this study,the genetic relationships of Polygonum runcinatum and P.runcinatum var.sinense were analyzed also by DPS mothed.The results indicated that Polygonum runcinatu and P.runcinatum var.sinense had distant genetic relationship,so Polygonumruncinatum var.sinense might be a distinct species,instead of a variety.
