摘要
目的观察温阳化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法 120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组:对照组和治疗组。对照组采用西医疗法:静脉滴注左氧氟沙星和奥硝唑,2次/d。治疗组在西医治疗的基础上,加用自拟温阳化瘀汤治疗,2次/d,20d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率(88.60%)明显高于对照组(52.51%);温阳化瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎患者血流变的疗效也优于对照组,P<0.01。结论温阳化瘀汤能够改善慢性盆腔炎患者的临床表现,纠正血流变学异常,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of warming yang absorb clots decoction on the chronic pelvic. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and treatment group. The control group accepted western medical method： levofloxacin and ornidazole intravenous drip,2 times/day. Based on the western medical method, the treatment group accepted self-made warming yang absorb clots decoction,2times/day,20 days was one course. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （88.60%）was much higher than that of control group （52.51%）.The efficacy of warming yang absorb clots decoction to chronic pelvic patients’ blood flow change was better than that of control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion The warming yang absorb clots decoction can improve the clinical manifestation and correct blood rheology abnormality of chronic pelvic patients. It has signifi cant effects.
