摘要
目的:建立等吸收双波长分光光度法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量,以排除产品中对氨基苯甲酸(PABA)对测定结果的影响。方法:制备盐酸普鲁卡因对照品,PABA对照品的系列浓度溶液和两者中间浓度的混合溶液,分别在200~350nm波长范围内扫描,建立紫外吸收光谱,确定测定波长。结果:测定波长为290.0nm和261.5nm,两波长处吸收度差值A与盐酸普鲁卡因在0~51mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系。得回归方程Y=0.03909X+0.00824(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD=0.15%(n=9)。结论:本方法经有关标准验证,表明方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可以作为盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a dual-wavelength spectrophotometry used for assay of Procaine Hydrochloride Injection levers,which could exclude the impact of the assay results of the product that may exist in para-aminobenzoic acid(PABA).Methods:Preparation a series of concentration solution of procaine hydrochloride and PABA reference substances,and their mixed solution of medium concentration.Then,the UV absorption spectra determining measure wavelength was established in the 200 nm to 350 nm wavelength range scan.Results:Mesured wavelength of determination lied in 290.0 nm and 261.5 nm,there was good linear correlation in procaine hydrochloride(0-51 mg/L),the regression equation Y=0.039 09X+0.008 24(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 99.68% with a RSD of 0.15%(n=9).Conclution:Assay method of the established by the relevant indicators anthemtication is simple,accurate and reproducible.
