摘要
结合绿色住宅小区、绿色物业管理的概念定义,提出了开展绿色物业管理意义,根据绿色物业管理以人为本的服务宗旨,从项目的全寿命周期阶段论述了绿色物业管理各阶段的工作内容,以期促进绿色物业管理的推广应用。
By combining with the definition of green residential quarters and green property management, proposed the sense of green property management, under the people-oriented principle service of green property management, discussed the content of the green property manage- ment＇s all stages from the project life cycle, in order to promote the popularization and application of green property management.
