摘要
目的了解昆明医学院图书馆用户信息需求与满意度.方法通过问卷调查和专题小组访谈的方式,对昆明医学院教医护职工和在校学生进行调查,了解在馆藏资源、图书馆服务、对图书馆的了解与利用情况以及《医学信息检索与利用》课程四个方面的信息需求与满意度.结果用户对图书馆馆藏资源和图书馆的总体服务满意度分别达85.6%和80.4%.44.5%的人对图书馆各服务部门的功能和服务范围不了解.99%的用户认为《医学信息检索与利用》课程非常重要或重要.92.8%的用户希望该课程老师能参与专业教学.用户到馆主要目的是借阅、信息咨询和自习.结论昆明医学院教医护职工和在校学生对图书馆的满意度高,但如何广泛宣传图书馆的服务和进一步开发用户的信息需求,是今后图书馆需重点关注的领域.
Objective To understand demands and satisfaction degrees of users of the Library of Kunming Medical University.Methods Questionnaires and focus group discussions were used among teachers,doctors,nurses,and students in Kunming Medical University（KMU）to obtain information on their information demands and satisfaction degrees in literature resources,library services,understanding and utilization of services provided by different sections,and the course of Retrieval and Utilization of Medical Information in the library of KMU.Results Of the interviewed users,85.6% were satisfied with literature resources;80.4% were satisfied with the current services in the library;44.5% said that they knew little about services provided by different sections of the library;99% believed that the course of Retrieval and Utilization of Medical Information was very important or important;92.8% hoped that the teachers of the course could participate in medical professional teaching activities.The major three purposes of the users included borrowing and/or reading,information consultation,and reviewing one＇s lessons.Conclusion Most of the users of the Library of Kunming Medical University are satisfied with the literature resources and services of the library.However,how to introduce the library＇s services extensively and stimulate users＇demands is the key issue in the library services.
