摘要
毛竹是我国林业重要资源之一,随着毛竹林资产评估业务量加大,对评估精度要求的提高,毛竹林资产评估日趋重要。本文对成林毛竹林资产核查、资料收集及评估方法进行了概述,并在总结当前成林毛竹林资产核查方法和评估测算等方面的基础上,对成林毛竹林资产核查和评估作了示例分析,以期能为建立比较完善的毛竹林核查方法,资产评估测算体系提供一些参考借鉴。
Phyllostachys pubescens was one of the important resources of forestry in China,with the increasing quantity of the assessment of assets of P.pubescens forests and the developing requirements of assessment accuracy,the assets assessment has became more and more important.The assets of P.pubescens forests were verified,data collection and assessment methods were introduced in this paper.And then on the basis of summing up the current verification and assessment calculation methods of assets,the verification and assessment of P.pubescens forests were analyzed for samples,in order to establish a more perfect method of verification of P.pubescens forests,and provide some references for the system of asset assessment calculation.
