摘要
旋转变压器常用来为一些电机系统,包括正弦波驱动的无刷直流电动机,提供转子位置信号。基于目前电机系统一体化的趋势,本文提出了一种新结构多极磁阻旋转变压器,结构简单可靠,能够提供准确的绝对转子位置信息,适合于电机系统的一体化。本文分析其原理及特有结构性误差,并利用有限元方法进行了磁场反问题求解,确定了理想的磁极形状。最后进行了各项误差、精度的实验验证。
Resolvers are often used to provide absolute rotor position information for some motorsystenis, including sinewave driven brushless DC motor systems. Under the tendency of integrationof motor systems. resolvers that are of comparatively simple structure and able to .offer robostic posi-tion signals are preferred. In this paper,a new kind of variable reluctance resolvers is presented, itsprincipals and possible errors caused by the peculiar structure are investigated, and Finite ElementMethod is employed to calculate a twodimensional inverse electromagnetic field problem to determinethe reluctance pole shape desired. In the end, experiments are made to verify the conclusions that hadbeen drawn.
