摘要 HELP是为水电优化开发及电力系统扩展电源选择而研制的动态规划和线性规划相结合的模型。主要功能是电源优选、水电规划(含梯级开发方案、开发时序及电厂水能参数选择)、电厂项目评估及电力系统电厂群运行优化。 Hydropower & Electricity Long-term Planning(HELP) model is created for hydropower development and electric sources selection in power system expansion. Its important function includes: optimal selection of electric sources in power system, hydropower planning (cascade development scheme, scheduling of development and scales of hydropower station), economic evaluation of power station project, optimization of operation of power station group. In comparison with other models, it has following merits: rigorous structure, powerful functions, high precision, high speed and useful. It has been used in the hydropower planning and selection of pumped storage power stations, and good results are obtained.
