论述了中国—东盟背景下建构广西高校图书馆联合参考咨询服务网的必要性与紧迫性,并对其可行性及优势进行了分析。
This paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the construction of the Joint reference service network of university libraries in Guangxi under the context of China-ASEAN,and analyzes its feasibility and superiority.
