摘要
采用大五人格问卷(NEO-FFI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)对湖南4所高职院校679名学生进行调查,以探讨高职学生心理健康水平及其与人格特征和社会支持的关系,结果表明:(1)高职学生中症状明显的人不到10%,但有60%以上的学生处于亚健康状态;(2)高职学生心理健康水平与大学生常模之间差异显著;(3)心理健康各因子与情绪稳定性、开明性呈正相关,与外向性、随和性、责任心以及社会支持总分和各维度呈负相关。
The instruments of NEO-FFI, SSRS and CCSMHS are employed to investigate 679 students in four vocational colleges in Hunan province in order to explore the correlation between their mental health and their personality and social support. The findings include: while less than 10% of them show obvious symptom in mental health, more than 60% are found to be in sub-health status; there is significant difference in mental health between vocational college students and the norm of college students; each factor of mental health is positively correlated with emotional stability and open-mindedness and negatively correlated with neuroticism score, extraversion, conscientiousness and the total score of social support.
