摘要
透明质酸是极具实用价值的生物大分子粘多糖。本研究以酶解、盐析等温和条件从人脐带提取高分子透明质酸并进行系列理化性质分析。结果表明,其特性粘度1700cms/g,分子量980kd,蛋白含量0.2%,核酸含量0.7%。紫外、红外光谱显示典型透明质酸吸收特征。无毒、无致炎、致热和致敏反应。达到国外对高纯度透明质酸的质量要求。
Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a macromolecular polysaccharide with practical applicability. HA was separated from humanumbilical cord with moderate procedures,such as,enzymolysis and salting out etc. and its physical and chemical qualities were anal-ysed in this study. The results showed that the characteristic viscosity was 1 700cm3/g, the molecular weight was 980kd, and thepercentages of protein and nucleotide were 0. 2% and 0. 7% ,respectively. A specific absorption band of HA was found in ultravioletand infrared spectrogram.The prepared HA had no toxicity and no inflammation -inducing, pyogenic and sensitizing actions inanimal experiment.
