摘要
农村公共产品有效供给是农村经济发展的前提和基础,我国农村公共产品供给制度的缺陷导致了西部少数民族地区农村公共产品供给严重不足,降低了农民生活质量,加重了农民负担,成为西部少数民族地区农村社会经济发展的制约因素。提高民族地区农村公共产品的供给规模和优化农村公共产品供给结构,是新农村建设中解决西部农村贫困问题的有效措施。
Effective supply of public goods is a prerequisite for the development of rural economy and infrastructure in rural areas. In China, the existing system of rural public goods defects led to the western minority areas seriously inadequate supply of public goods in rural areas, reducing the quality of life of farmers and increased the burden on peasants, as the western minority areas to rural economic development constraints. Therefore, improving the nation＇s supply of public goods in rural areas the size and structure of rural public goods supply, construction of new rural settlement west of effective measures of rural poverty.
