摘要
阐述了青海省海西州乌兰县特色农牧业发展的现状和近年来取得的成效,通过对发展特色农牧业有利因素和制约因素的分析,提出要加快乌兰县特色农牧业发展,应率先在牛羊肉、山羊绒、蔬菜、中藏药材、油菜种植和繁种等特色产业上实现区域化布局,规模化经营,实施名牌优质战略,在农业技术推广和农牧民培训力度上下功夫,加快推行标准化生产,提高农畜产品质量安全水平,同时进一步完善市场体系,搞活市场流通,才能积极推动乌兰县特色农牧业的快速发展。
To expound the developmental present situation of characteristic agriculture in Wulan County and analyze the advantaged and disadvantaged factors affecting on the characteristic agriculture.If improving the development of characteristic agriculture in Wulan County,we should firstly realize the regionalized structure,formalized management and brand name-high quality strategy in characteristic agriculture such as cow mutton,cashmere,vegetables,Tibet raw material for medicine,and rape planting.In addition,we also should promote the agricultural technology popularizing and farmers training,carry out standardized production,improve the safety level of livestock products and the market system and stimulate the market distribution.
