摘要
通过测量不同工况下的出口风量和火花示踪试验,对双分级旋流燃烧器(DSB)进行了冷态试验研究。试验结果表明,DSB燃烧器一次风速调节范围宽,可将空气分级和燃料分级相结合,因此具有很好的多煤种适应性和NOx控制性能。
Through measurement of outlet air flow rate and test of spark tracking,the cold-state test study on double sorting burner(DSB) has been carried out.Result of study shows that the adjustment range of primary air flow velocity for said DSB burner is wide,it can combine the air-sorting and the fuel-sorting together,thereby,the said burner has very good adaptability to many coal sorts,and is capable to control NOx.
