基于谐响应分析方法的微型电机振动失效分析

摘要 以HOERBIGER微型电机为研究对象,建立了电机单自由度动力学模型,列出碳刷-扭簧系统的运动微分方程,采用谐响应分析方法求解系统的幅频响应特性。通过有限元软件计算获得在简谐激振下碳刷-扭簧系统的幅频响应特性曲线。分析结果表明,电机转速对电机振动幅度影响较大。根据所获得的电机转速与振动规律,合理地选择电机转速,可以避开系统可能出现的共振及跳跃等不稳定现象,从而有效地避免电机的振动失效对电机寿命试验的影响,为合理确定电机寿命提供理论分析依据。 In order to ascertain the vibration characteristics of micro-motors,a single DOF( degree of freedom) dynamic equation was established. The amplitude frequency response was obtained with the method of harmonic response. Under the condition of simple harmonic excitation, the amplitude frequency response curve of the brush-torsional spring system was acquired via finite element calculation. The analysis result shows that the turning speed of the motor influences the vibration amplitude significantly. Based on the acquired rules, resonance ,jumping and some other probable phenomenon can be avoided by choosing proper turning speed, which can eliminate the influence of the vibration to the lifetime of micro-motor. This can provide theoretical basis for the micro-motor lifetime determination.
