摘要
苏打盐碱土壤缺Zn,影响植物的生长、产量和矿质元素吸收,威胁人类的营养安全。综述了苏打盐碱土壤Zn供应状况和植物在苏打盐碱胁迫下对Zn吸收利用的情况:土壤中全Zn、有效Zn含量及Zn的有效性,Zn在苏打盐碱土壤—植物间的时空变异及循环规律,植物体内Zn的吸收、转运、含量和分布等在苏打盐碱胁迫下均发生变化。在回顾相关研究的基础上,对目前该领域存在的问题与发展方向进行了探讨。表2,参64。
In general, the soda saline and alkaline soil is deficient in zinc, and this influences plant growth, yield and metal elements absorption, even threatens human security. Zinc supply of soda saline and alkaline soil and possible mechanism of zinc uptake and uti- lization of plant under soda-alkaline stress were reviewed in this paper. Under soda saline and 'alkaline stress, many aspects of plant and soil characteristics may change, such as total zinc of soil, content of available zinc , zinc availability, spatial-temporal variability and cycle regularities of zinc in soda saline and alkaline soil-plant, absorption and transport of zinc in plant, content and distribution of zinc in plant and so on. The existing problems and development direction in this field was discussed by reviewing the relevant findings.
