摘要
采用田间小区试验,调查和分析了根腐病生防颗粒剂对重茬大豆根腐病的防治效果和生长发育及产量的影响,结果显示,根腐病生防颗粒剂可促进大豆出苗,增加干物质积累和叶面积指数,根瘤固氮作用增强,两年大豆根腐病防效分别为37.5%和58.74%,分别增产5.43%和25.86%。
Soybean root rot is one of the major soybean diseases. It could be controlled by some microorganism effectively. In order to ealuate the effect of fungi and bacteria mixture preparation against soybean root rot, soybean growth and yeild, randomized block test was conducted in field. The result showed that emergence of soybean seedlings was promoted by the biocontrol preparation, dry weight was accumulated and leaf area index was increased, nitrogen fixation ability of root nodule was strengthened. The control effect of soybean root rot were 37. 5% and 58. 74% in 2006 and 2007, soybean yield were increased by 5.43% and 25.86%, respectively.
