摘要
综述了川续断属植物川续断的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究概况。本种植物富含三萜皂苷,神农本草记载有治疗跌打损伤及损筋折股等功效,现代药理研究发现川续断尚具有一定的抗氧化及增强免疫力的药理作用,但其化学成分研究较少,有待于进一步研究。
Reviewed the progress in the study of the chemical constituents, pharmacological actions and clinical practices of Dipsacus asper Wall. The species rich of triterpene saponin, Shen Nong＇s Materia Medica recorded for the effectiveness of bruises ,damage and fold ,modem pharmacological research found Dipsacaceoe still have the pharmacological effects of anti-oxidation and enhance immunity, but its study of chemical composition is less, expect to be studied further.
