摘要
利用HUST-5000横流CO2激光器在H13热作模具钢表面制备了Ni60A镍基合金涂层。采用金相显微镜和XRD等对熔覆层的微观组织及成分进行了分析,利用显微硬度仪和磨损试验机分别测试了熔覆层的显微硬度和耐磨性能。分析表明,激光熔覆层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,熔覆层的组织主要由FeNi3、Ni2Si和γ(Fe-Ni)等相组成;熔覆层显微硬度HV0.2在800~900之间,明显高于H13钢基体的硬度。摩擦磨损试验表明,在相同的条件下,熔覆层的耐磨性能是基体的2倍多,且随载荷的增加,磨损量的变化较小。
On the surface of H13 hot die steel Ni60A Ni based alloy was cladded using a HUST-5000 carbon dioxide laser system.The microstructure and composition of the cladding layer was analyzed by microscope and XRD.The microhardness and wear property of the cladding layer were examined also.The results show that good metallurgical bonding is formed between the cladding zone and the substrate.The main phases in cladding zone are FeNi3,Ni2Si,γ(Fe-Ni) and so on.The microhardness HV0.2 of the cladding zone is between 800~900,which is much higher than that of the substrate.Friction and wear test shows that the wear resistance of the cladding layer is 2 times that of the matrix under same condition,and as the load increases,a smaller increase in the amount of wear occurs.
