摘要
目的:探讨康妇消炎栓联合塞克硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用康妇消炎栓直肠给药同时口服塞克硝唑,对照组进行传统抗感染治疗,治疗1～3个疗程,比较治疗结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:康妇消炎栓直肠给药联合塞克硝唑口服治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository combined with Secnidazole on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：120 case of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository was given by rectal administration,as well Secnida zole was given for oral administration,traditional anti-inflammatory treatment was given in control group,the results after 1-3 course were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the two group were 97.5% and 85.0%,there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is dramatic effect of Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository combined with secnidazole on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,It＇s worth to promote clinically.
