摘要
目的探讨应用不同护理方法对颅脑损伤患者功能康复效果的影响因素。方法随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在入院当天即进行早期护理干预,比较两组治疗效果,结果出院时两组患者功能比较,观察组功能恢复明显优于对照组,Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评定差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预有利于促进颅脑损伤患者神经功能康复,降低患者伤残率,改善生活质量。
Objective To evaluate different methods of care on functional recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury effects of factors. Methods Randomly divided into two groups and the control group and the control group with routine care,the observation group were admitted to hospital the same day that early nursing intervention were compared treatment. Results At discharge in patients with functional groups,to observe the functional recovery was better than the control group group, Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment of the difference was dominant （ P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion The early nursing intervention help to promote neurological recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury,reduce patient disability,improving quality of life.
