摘要
结合我国高校应用型人才培养模式研究项目,综述了中央和地方共建的两所大学学校合作,在承担"校企联合,地方院校电类工程应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践"中的做法与体会。主要采取加强实习基地建设、请进来走出去、问卷调查、两校共同探讨、分析反馈意见、竞赛与综合素质培养结合、及校企联合共建等人才培养模式,收到了良好效果。
On the basis of research projects on the practical personnel training mode in universities in China, this paper summarizes practices and experiences in the project ＂the school business union, the place colleges and universities electricity class project application personnel training pattern exploration and the practice＂ under the cooperation of two universities. Good results have been achieved by practice base construction,questionnaire survey, joint exploration by the two universities, the analysis of feedback opinions, the competition and the overall quality raise, and cooperation between enterprises and universities.
