摘要
目的探讨胸腺肽注射剂致不良反应的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法通过检索2000～2009年国内公开发行的医药学期刊报道应用胸腺肽注射剂致不良反应案例,并进行统计分析。结果胸腺肽注射剂致ADR在各年龄组基本上没有差异,发生时间多集中在用药后30 min内,主要表现为变态反应,以过敏性休克为主。结论临床应严格控制胸腺肽的适应症,用药前询问过敏史,皮试,密切监护,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by thymosin injections and to direct rational drug use.Methods ADRs induced by thymosin injections published in domestic medical journals from 2000～2009 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.Results ADRs induced by thymosin injection occurred mostly within 30 minutes after drug administration in patients of different ages.The main ADRs of thymosin were allergic reactions,the most common manifestation was anaphylactic shock.Conclusion The scope of application should be strictly controlled in clincal practice.The allergic history of the patients should be inquired and skin test should be done before drug administration.The patient shuold be cared tightly after administration so as to reduce the incidences of ADRs.
