摘要
目的观察不同根管糊剂充填根管后近期发生疼痛的情况与疗效。方法将因牙髓炎或尖周炎需要行根管治疗的恒牙206颗,随机分为Vitapex糊剂组、碧麻糊剂组和ZOE碘仿糊剂组,在行常规根管治疗的基础上分别采用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖,碧麻糊剂加牙胶尖、ZOE碘仿糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管,对术后1周内疼痛发生情况及术后6～12个月的疗效进行观察。结果术后1周内疼痛发生率Vitapex糊剂组、碧麻糊剂组较ZOE碘仿糊剂组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6～12个月内疗效Vitapex糊剂组,碧麻糊剂高于ZOE碘仿糊剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂或碧麻糊剂作为根管充填材料进行根管充填,可明显减少术后疼痛反应,是目前根管治疗中较为理想的根充材料。
Objective To observe the effect of different root canal cataplasma backfill root canal for alleviating the near ttoothache caused by endodontitis or paradentitis.Methods Patients（206 tooth）who needed root canal treatmenttreated with the Vitapex cataplasma edded the tooth rubber point,the blue hemp cataplasma added the tooth rubber point and the ZOE iodoform cataplasma added the tooth rubber point under conventional root canal treatment.Results The incidence of postoperative pain within a week inVitapex paste group,Bi Ma paste group were lower than that in the ZOE iodoform paste,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 6 months to 12 months,the effect in Vitapex paste group and Bi Ma paste group was better than that in ZOE iodoform paste,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bi Ma Vitapex paste or paste as a root canal filling root canal filling materials can significantly reduce postoperative toothach with better long-term effects.
